I was so excited to be back in Milan, showing my Inky Dhow collection together for the first time. Inky Dhow is a pattern I hand painted with calligraphy brushes and ultramarine ink during lockdown, inspired by my original Dhow design which echoes the billowing movement of the striped lateen sails on the traditional dhow boats sailing around the Gulf of Oman. Here you’ll see it translated across a variety of materials, executed using age-old techniques by our wonderful expert craft partners located all around the world, but always interpreted in my signature inviting and contemporary way, perfect for 21st century modern living.
