All tied up in a bow 🤍 Dhanurasana or bow pose is one of my favorite backbends to get creative in. Once I’ve done all the backbend preparation - core work, shoulder mobility drills, spinal movement and hip flexor openers - I feel good and ready to move through bow variations. These are some that I think are especially interesting and beautiful. The hybrid variation - bow/cobra - is the most challenging for me. Feet to head with no hands means no help from my arms. My hamstrings and core are fully activated.
