A preview of my class from Gold Coast🇦🇺 I decided to teach a very watery, sultry, and *specific* combo where the dancers had to make the conscious decision to be still in the moment and vulnerable; to let themselves be seen in their truth and intention as they moved. There aren’t a million steps to this one, and no “eight-y-and-a-ones”, so the dancers needed to be specific and fully present and engulfed in each moment. I was so happy with the way they joined me on the journey and the stories they wrote for themselves in the room.
