Pork Mazesoba Ramen Noodles or Brothless Ramen Noodles in 15 minutes 🍜 Ingredients (serves:2) 2 servings of Japanese Ramen Noodles Ground pork * 300g of ground pork * 2 tbsp of light soy sauce * 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce * 1 tbsp of sugar * 1/2 tsp of 5-spice powder * 1/2 medium onion, diced * 4 cloves garlic, minced * A pinch of pepper Slurry: * 3 tbsp of cold water * 1 tablespoon cornstarch Assemble ( for 2 ): Tare sauce: * 1/4 cup of chicken broth, warmed * 2 tbsp of light soy sauce * 2 tsp of rice vinegar Toppings: * 5 green onions, sliced * Small bunch of chives, chopped * 2 tbsp of furikakke * 6 cloves of garlic, finely minced * 2 tbsp of corn * Shichimi togarashi ( Japanese 7 Spice Blend), can be found at Japanese or Asian grocers. * 2 egg yolk * 3 small sheets of nori seaweed Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat, 2. Add in the onion and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. 3. Add the ground pork and cook until it is completely browned. 4. Add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, five spice powder and pepper. 5. Add the cornstarch slurry and bring the mixture to a boil. 6. Remove from the heat and set aside. 7. Cook the Japanese ramen noodles according to the package directions and set aside. Assemble: 1. In a bowl, add in the tare sauce. 2. Add 1 serving of Japanese ramen noodles. 3. Garnish with green onions, chives, furikkake, garlic, corn, ground pork and nori seaweed. 4. Sprinkle the ground pork with shichimi togarashi. 5. Top the ground pork with 1 egg yolk. 6.
