Moody chocolate cake, a thing of beauty after a meal with friends. A cake so tall and fat that it took 3 days for me to get through it by giving numerous slices away and eating it on the sofa at 4pm with a coffee on the trot. I used my LPC layer cake recipe (on @damsonjellyacademy blog) sandwiched with malt buttercream, Cherry compote & lots of ganache. Starters & mains inc lovely bread from @landracebakery. Burrata, walnuts, confit garlic, chilli & honey Tomato salad before the tomatoes leave 🥹 Big bowl of pasta 🍝 ♥️
