• T R U S T • Alright friends! Let’s talk about Trust. I feel this is incredibly important, as I have been gaining many clients who I’m rebuilding that trust of what a stylist means to a client. 💆🏼‍♀️💇🏼‍♀️ Now; correct me if I’m wrong. In my own PERSONAL opinion, I feel a stylists #1 priority is to listen, and to properly educate our clients who are paying big money to see us. I have heard many client horror stories of breakage, cutting an excessive amount, not giving them what they want, and just not even being present in the appointment.. Now, I’m also not stating I’m perfect. We all f*ck up, and that’s completely okay, but be sure to accept your fault and help find a solution to the problem at hand. 💇🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️ Just because you’ve been seeing your client every 5 weeks for 8 years, doesn’t mean that your consultation is not important!
