Fresh goats cheese from @tijaraorganic and corn stuffed into a flakey kachori dough.
This was in our Rajasthan Edition (Part 1) Menu at @omo.cafe .
This dish was especially received well because of the comfort with kachoris and the unsually new change with goats cheese. This we served with roselle and wood sorrel chutney.
Roselle and wood sorrel leaves are naturally sour leaves with a herbal note.
