One of Tokyo’s fluffiest pancakes. This cafe first opened in Osaka around 2015 and quickly blew up for its signature ultra-fluffy souffle pancakes. The concept is simple: freshly whipped egg whites folded into batter → cooked low & slow → ultra jiggly pancakes topped with honey butter. It got so popular they opened branches in Tokyo (like Ginza and Omotesando), other cities in Japan, and even overseas. They’re not too eggy either — you still get that soft pancake goodness without it feeling like a fluffy omelette. Heads up though: you can’t just walk in—you have to scan a QR code at the door to get in line, and the wait is usually 1–2 hours. If you’re wandering near Ginza and wanna check it out, comment “QR code” and I’ll send you the link so you don’t have to go all the way there just to scan it.📍A happy pancake Ginza 幸せのパンケーキ銀座店 . . #pancakes #soufflepancake #japanesefood #tokyo #japan
