Ask anyone who moved out of the tristate, this will be the first thing they say they miss. Well we moved out of the TriState 15yrs ago and here’s a quick how to on making one at home. You’ll need some breakfast sausage, eggs, American cheese and Kaiser rolls. Fire up the @lococookers griddle to 325F and start cooking your sausage. On the other side toast up your Kaiser roll. When you flip the sausage, crack your eggs and break the yolks, we are frying these eggs! Flip the eggs and add your cheese. You’re ready to assemble! Sausage, Egg, Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Ketchup.
