“I think I dreamed you into life” I look around all the time and wonder if these little humans are really my children. I look at my husband and wonder if it’s really us, the same two young artists who met so many years ago and had this crazy connection. I think about how love multiplies itself and adds to what already exists, how it never subtracts or divides. I look at this picture and I see my hopes and dreams in a moment, I see my past, present and future. Most of all, I see us trying to do the best for our family, trying to make all the right decisions knowing we won’t always win but we will always TRY in a effort to teach them that only way to live is to TRY, is to step out into the unknown, to take the risk, to grow and do the scary things. I want them to know that, come what may, we have each other, they have each other (Gio included even though he’s not here for this pic) My prayer is that when we are long gone, (and well before that ☺️) these 5 will celebrate their big and little wins but most of all, I hope they find each other in the chaos and cling to the love that brought them all here, the same love that built the bonds between them.
