Sometimes you have to stop and ask yourself am I walking my talk? There I was focused, walking with purpose and direction, when the universe tapped me on the shoulder and pointed out that I should practice some of the self-care I’m always prescribing to others...so I did. I took off most of August and spent it with my family, napped in the sun, read 5 books...it was delicious. But I missed you too and wanted to say hi 🙋🏼‍♀️
