The absolute best meatballs I’ve ever made!!!!! -1 lb ground chicken -1 egg -1 package Boursin cheese -1 lemon zest -1/2 cup breadcrumbs -1 tbs Italian seasoning -1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning -salt and pepper to taste Combine ingredients then roll into golf size meatballs.
