Long before I moved to LA and before I was to add actress on my résumé, I got an email from an amazing person and writer @Amindervirdee who asked me to be in her short film. This would be the beginning to my acting career in a LEADING ROLE! I am so deeply pleased to say that this film was done with a deep understanding that stories about the disability community should be written through the lens of someone who actually has a disability. And until there is enough stories like this I don’t see another way. Humanizing our stories has and forever be extremely important in my career, and will always continue to be. Trust!
