About last night...gotta admit I was nervous when @outfest told me they wanted to premiere the first three episodes of my new series UNCONVENTIONAL at The Ford Amphitheater. It’s a gorgeous venue but it’s HUGE, with 1200 seats. But the house was packed! And we couldn’t have asked for a better audience. It was so incredible to share this moment with the cast and crew and see everyone respond so positively to our work. Thank you to @outfest for this opportunity, to the team at @coldironpictures, @mirandambailey and @bonzobean for all their work making the evening magical, to @johnhalbach for keeping me sane, to @mrturk for making me look cool, to @willam and @kathygriffin for starting the night off with a bang and to @queerty and @cameronscheetz for leading our talkback.
