How do you start your mornings? 🤔
At times my routine in the morning has been waking up hours early and meditating, journaling, breathwork, visioning my day, etc 🚀
And other times... having coffee on the porch is my morning “routine”☕️
It doesn’t matter WHAT you do in the morning, just that you are doing SOMETHING intentional for yourself makes all the difference! 🌞
Typically how we start the day is how we end the day 🛌
I like to start my days off on a good foot, not saying sh*% won’t hit the fan, but I know ill be better prepared for it if it does 💪🏻
It’s more about carving out intention time for yourself that makes all the difference 💥 🙏🏻 ♥️
