Once it starts to climb up the hair, the shorter your hair will be because the strands keep breaking before they can grow down. 🧡 Regular trims every 8-12 weeks can “help your hair grow” because cutting off the split ends stops them from climbing up your hair. Trims don’t make your hair grow but they cut off the damage from spreading. 🎃 When you use heat protectant section by section, it’s creating an even layer of heat distribution on each strand of hair if applied correctly. The product insulates your hair but also burns off basically. So if you just blow dried your hair, or it’s been a day or two, you’ll still need to use a heat protectant for every hot tool you use. 🧡 Mineral and product build up can stop deep conditioning products from penetrating the hair shaft and help moisturize and protect your hair. 🎃 Using high quality products will also help your hair heal with each use.
