Some of the finest people. ❤️ Front and center is the Pierre Moncuit 2008 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs— a Champagne of 100% Chardonnay from Les Mesnil, done in stainless steel, with full malo. It’s Apple Brown Betty upfront, with a hint of passionfruit, held together by a sinewy frame sporting 3.5g/l dosage. A great celebratory drink. The Rosi Schuster, supremely enjoyable.🎂🎈⭐️
