What an afternoon!! I joined a powerful group of women for brunch @henrietta_red celebrating the successes of one of my favorite non-profits: Keep A Breast! @shaneyjo & @sarahbaer bring so much joy and love into this world, I am grateful to be a part of their community of change. Keep A Breast launched ‘The Give Back Grant Program’ in 2020 that provides financial assistance to BIPOC women who are breast cancer survivors. In the last two years they have been able to grow this program from 16 grantees in Tennessee to 240 grantees nationwide. It gives me goosebumps thinking of how many more people we can help together. Knowledge is power. I was cast in 2020 alongside @naurnie , @siobhanmaherkennedy , @fprine and @clarycollection by @shaneyjo and the incredibly talented @skyewalker_art painted my cast in honor of my Grandma Shirley and my beautiful strong af sister-friend Lauren Branson who are both survivors!!
