Berry delicious Christmas summer trifle - I actually always thought that trifle was gross, but I proved myself wrong! We went berry picking in Tasmania and harvested some new season raspberries, blackberries, red currants and Tayberries . I made my own jelly with the raspberries primrose and I picked, layered it with vanilla mascarpone, homemade custard and topped it off with marshmallow meringue and red currents. It was delicious 🤤..... I’ll write out the recipe and share shortly.
