🐘 Hack Squat 5x8-10
🐘Sumo Deadlifts 4x6-8
🐘High and Wide Leg Press 4x10-12
🐘Bulgarian Split Squats 3x12
🐘Leg extension 3xtill failure
* last set take 10 deep breaths and then do 20 reps
Remember your dynamic stretch at the beginning and static stretch at the end🫶🏽
