Hi! Life update: this is the face of someone who officially booked out ALL of NYFW as of this morning!! I wish I could be cool and pretend it’s not a big deal like this industry expects me to, but for me this is a huge accomplishment. When I started in this industry a year ago it was more so to test the waters, and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to get out of it. When I started taking it more seriously in January, a lot of people put limitations & expiration dates on me for getting into the industry so late. I feel extremely vindicated pushing past what other people had to say, and doing what I do best: doing it my way. While I’m the person who got myself here, I also think it’s really important to thank the individuals who have supported me from the very beginning in an industry that’s cut throat. The ones who believed in me before I believed in myself. Thank you Bless, McKinley, Bao, Emily, my Shop the Cue Ladies Ronnie & Lindsay, for your support and kind words since the beginning. Biggest thank you to my partner in crime @keaner1 for your endless support. For keeping me going when I wasn’t sure if I should. For following me to LA, Paris, New York and back again.
