BUT are you putting the same amount of effort into your posing routine?

If you’re hesitating to answer...it’s most likely an afterthought or something you throw together in the final weeks of prep. Whoops. That’s a Big no no.

That’s like half-ass prepping for 8 weeks and then crash dieting the final 4. Congrats...you make it to show day. BUT the real question is...how do you look? How do you feel? Crappy. Rushed. Unprepared and wishing you had more time. Yep. That happens with posing too!

You SHOULD be consistently practicing/refining throughout your entire prep. I hate to break it to you but 8 weeks out (esp if you’re a newer competitor) is LAST MINUTE.

I tell my clients to start no later than 12 weeks out!

I don’t rush the process. As your posing coach, I make sure we cover every single detail of show day. By the time you hit the stage, you feel completely confident, prepared and ready to wow the judges with your routine!
