If you haven’t subscribed to @goodlight.world’s emails, I am writing a monthly column on musings, life lessons, and observations. 🥹 Today’s is all about the hibiscus flower and how precious it is. Not only does it take months to bloom, when it does, it’s only for a single day. I feel it’s a metaphor for life and how precious it is. A reminder to show up authentically, as yourself, to bask in the light as time is none but guaranteed. So by night the old us dies — just like a 🌺 hibiscus flower — but we rise again in the morning, better, stronger, more beautiful. We got this. 🥹🫰🏼
