A pumpkin muffin makes pumpkin muffins. Featuring our new toddler tower from @franklinandemily Pumpkin Muffins: 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 1/4 cup pumpkin purée 3/4 cup chocolate chips Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.
