I’m doing it, I’m putting myself out there. Not in a professional capacity or in furtherance of making money. No, I’ve just been holding in my ideas and what I’ve learned about being human due to a FEAR of putting myself out there. Truth is, I might be able to help someone, and frankly putting this out there is helping me on my journey. ✍️ All our lives we’ve been told “people don’t change”. That’s just not true. All we do is change, and what I’ve learned about neuroplasticity and the ability for humans to grow and change and evolve has reaffirmed my commitment to my Plastic Human journey. 👂 And now I want to invite you along to hear and read about what I’ve learned and continue to learn on this path. Hopefully I can inspire you to challenge your beliefs and think about your own growth journey.
