**LONG POST ALERT** Before my 2021 year end I had wrote down a bunch goals and achievements that I wanted to accomplish by the end of Year 2022, this is something I’ve never done before so by me doing this I took it seriously. Well Jan 2022 it started of reaaaaal rocky. I had started the year off with covid, and by me having covid I had to cancel a couple dates that I had lined up and by me doing that it took a toll on me because music is something in love and I’m passion about and that’s all I ever want to do.. So my year just started off slow. I wasn’t getting calls to come play anywhere, I wasn’t practicing etc etc. Just my drive for music was gone, I was kind of like “whatever” we’ll I got to do my first show w/ @thenatebean a couple weeks ago and it brought my drive back a little bit but I was still like yeah it is what it is... This past week I had the opportunity to go out to Newark, New Jersey and do a gathering with my @blackvoicesmvmt family. Doing this event had me excited just because I got to be with my Cali family. Well we do our shows and it’s time to go home and I got a few clips from the gatherings (that you see above) and watching these videos reminded me why I love playing drums!! I want my drum patterns, my rudiments, my placements, whatever I do on drums I want it to reach nations. I always pray that God helps me speak his language through my drum playing and that someone will get delivered, saved, or whatever the case may be. I hope they find themselves back to the lord, and that’s something I wanted all week for the young people we ministered to this past weekend, but by me doing that I found my way back to why I love playing drums and the reason why I do it. So that being said 2022 is going to be crazy for me and I honestly can’t wait to share this journey with y’all
