Last year on this day, I retired my mother, it was truly my biggest accomplishment EVER. Cried like a baby watching this like it happened yesterday 😭 ..:,To me, this was bigger than growing @ellaelisque to a multi million dollar brand after losing everything, Bigger than getting engaged to a man that finally treated me the way I deserved, bigger than everything I’ve ever done that felt like a milestone in my life! I’ve given my momma a peace of mind knowing she will never have to work or worry about money ever again 🥲. I told her, retirement is a life long vacation, you are on vacation for the rest of your life mommy ❤️ I’m on my way to come pick you up and celebrate you on this very special day, How blessed am I to have a mother like you, I can never repay you for the sacrifices you made ALL my life, but imma dam sure try , I love you.
