Happy Birthday Mel Bochner! Today we celebrate the incredible artist and his invaluable contributions to the development of conceptual art - but we also celebrate the inclusion of Mel’s monoprint “If the Color Changes” in our very first #RxARTProject EVER at Rockefeller University Hospital in 2002! In the 20 years since, RxART has completed 56 projects with 65 artists in 36 hospitals throughout 20 cities in the U.S. The generosity and creativity of our artists has contributed so much to our growth, and our ability to bring the healing power of art to more and more people each year.
