🚨 Spoiler 🚨 Episode 9 ‘All Those Who Wander’ gave me an opportunity to rock out a teensy bit of my parkour. The run/slide/jump into the pod to trap the Gorn was all me, and I loved that Neil our amazing stunt Co-ordinator allowed me to do it. I had to quickly put this reel together last year for an audition, and ya know what, I’m ‘Feeling Good’ about it, which means you guys get a sneak peak of the stunt rehearsals for Ep1 and Ep9 (towards the end of the video). Note the angle used isn’t the best to show it off, but it’s all I have 😉 Fun facts: 1. I got into parkour because my little sister @lizzychong said ‘if you wanna do action films you should do parkour’. She just didn’t want to go on her own 👀 But we were both hooked from our first class. As ex-pro dancers, it was like dancing over/under/through urban terrain and so much fun. Thanks to @dan_edwardes @lonetraceur and @kevininmotion we got pretty decent at it. Parkour section 🎥 by @lonetraceur 2. The sword fighting footage was put together in 24 hours. It was a quick turnaround audition for a DC movie... Not to mention the help of super stunt woman @fizzlewizz aka Princess Leia stunt double 🙌🏼 We will work together one day Fizz!! 3. Mikayla W.M.D. was a short directed by #ciaránfoy of ‘The Haunting of Bly Manor’. To my knowledge it was never completed - Ciarán got super busy - so if he finds out this is up he may ask me to take it down. Good job I can’t find him on here to tag! 4. In the rehearsals bit, that last right handed punch may or may not have broken a nose 👀 Who’s, I can’t say 🤷🏻‍♀️ 5. Yes.
