Caramelized Brie recipe below 🤍✨ This is the most nostalgic recipe for me, my mom made this every year growing up and still does because we all love it so much :) I did make this recipe “healthier” by switching up the normal caramel sauce to a coconut cream caramel sauce with a little less sugar. I hope you guys give this a try, it’s so so good! Ingredients: -Brie -Apple Slices -Grapes -toasted baguette or crackers Caramel Sauce -4 tbsp butter -1/4 cup coconut sugar -1/2 cup coconut cream -1 cup maple syrup -pinch of salt -1 tsp vanilla -1 cup chopped nuts (I did a mix of walnut & pecans) Instructions: 1. Unwrap Brie and cut off the top. Set aside to soften. 2. Make caramel sauce. Melt together butter, coconut cream, coconut sugar, maple syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Simmer for 10 minutes to thicken. Turn off the stove and add in your vanilla and chopped nuts. 3. Assemble! Center the brie on a platter and add apples/ grapes around it. Pour the caramel directly onto the Brie and spread evenly.
