everything i wore to the @abtofficial summer season, and a ranked review of the ballets starting with my favorite 1. Sylvia- My personal favorite of this season! So many beautiful costumes, the absolute stamina required to dance Sylvia is insane. I love the folklore background. Just perfect 2. Swan Lake -I’m transported instantly by the iconic Tchaikovsky scores. So many quintessential scenes, and I’m in awe each time the black swan completes her crazy fouetté sequence. 3. Giselle- An absolute classic: the very tragic story of a woman who gives her heart away and dies from betrayal. Adore the emotion of ghostly Giselle 4.Woolf works- 3 ballets inspired by different works from Virginia Woolf. I liked this so much more than I thought I would. Examples of beautiful interpretations of the written word. 5. A Winter’s Tale- very upbeat and fun, interesting dance style and props, but i personally prefer more traditional ballets
