These are my go to activation exercises for booty focused days. Here’s what you need to know:
★ add these after your regular lower body warm up
★ Complete a full circuit of all 3 exercises X 3
★ 30 seconds of side to side followed by 12 banded kick back, 12 single leg thrust each side.
From here you’re ready to light that booty on 🔥 and enjoy that lower body workout.
