Summer blooms and blends. The perfect balance. I find it hard to create the balance of work and relaxing in my life. No Matter how much it is available to my team. I suppose being a business owner is just one of the hats I wear. So the balancing can be a bit trickier. I’m loving this new direction I’ve found courage to take. Sharing and expanding the network around me with education and helping people grow their business. It’s nice to post hair and not feel so guilty about the fact I was letting down clients and not being able to fit people in. But sharing my love for what I do, for a different purpose - to share and create another space for hairstylists to grow is honestly wonderful. I basically move her appointment every time. This is why I don’t do new clients lol anyways.
