I apologize for the formatting and spelling mistakes. I wrote this out unfiltered after finishing watching Adolescence last night. As a psychotherapist who specializes working with kids and families AND owns a clinical practice where I have 6 therapists working with kids and families daily, I have so many thoughts on the current mental health crisis. Not only this, but I’m raising 3 girls who are in the school system. We are blaming it all on screens, but missing the deeper issue. It’s time we talk about this. Would love your thoughts below.
