-Coaches Corner- 625 days to go. Sam is doing a wonderful job and working really hard in her Power Snatch and Snatch balance. Both are essential accessories to help improve the snatch. We’ve been really grooming Sam to be the next big thing, but we understand the importance of letting her be a kid. We’ve implemented strategic rest periods during her training to allow her to enjoy training and stay motivated to train.
