Skincare routines don’t have to be so complicated. No you don’t need to time your every step. But there are a few loose rules to keep in mind! 1) Damp skin vs Dry skin -Apply non-irritating producers (moisturizers, vitamin C etc) on damp skin for better absorption. -Ingredients like retinol should be applied on dry skin to avoid excessive irritation. 2) Wait a few seconds & allow product to dry. No timer needed. 3) Apply products from thinnest consistency to thickest. Also avoids piling. I’m guilty of rushing #2 because...life.
