Shewolf turns Aquawolf. Falling in love with free diving has changed my perception of breathing, time, and my own ability to learn a new skill. It marries so well with meditation, mindfulness, and in my case, it activates pretty incredible psykedelic messages. I can’t wait to share more with you all on my lessons from this incredible sport as I dive deeper and deeper into the abyss! So far, I’m very comfortably diving to 23meters (79feet)!
