Week 2. I remembered my towel. I lowered my expectations. Think of it as a dip not a swim, another woman said. I breathed slowly through it. I lasted about a minute I reckon? But my chest didn’t scream in pain like last week. The whole thing felt calmer, and more enjoyable for it. It helped that the sun was out, golden, early morning, life-affirming type of sun. ☀️ now I’m wrapped up in the rave shed, heater on full. Wishing you a wonderful day xxx
