better for you banana bread šāāļøš
ingredients:
ā 2-3 spotty bananas (3 is best)
ā 2 room temp eggs
ā 1/4 cup milk
ā 1/3 cup maple syrup
ā 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
ā 2 cups blanched almond flour
ā 2 tsp vanilla extract
ā 2 tsp baking powder
ā salt to taste
ā chocolate chips of choice
how to make:
1. mix all wet ingredients into a bowl first, then mix in your dry ingredients
2. bake at 350 for 45-50 mins (45 for a gooier center, 50+ for all the way cooked through). keep an eye on it and adjust cooking time as needed as all ovens are different!
