Consider hiring a travel specialist to help you and your guests with accommodations, airfare, transportation and activities outside of the wedding day. Be as specific as you can on every detail. What you expect may not be what is provided. Send out an itinerary a month ahead of the event to minimize the flood of pre-wedding questions.
