The first 6 months this year were SO emotionally tough for me. I don’t even wanna get into detail because your girl was in a dark spot😭 I was going through a major transformation that I couldn’t understand. Fast forward to August and onwards, I feel the healthiest, happiest, and abundant I’ve ever felt🤍💫and of course I still have hard days but my mindset is so different now. I’ve learned to appreciate them. So if you’re currently going through a big “what in the actual f-ck is happening” phase... just know that those slow seasons of your life are meant to serve as the silence you need in order to listen to your own intuition and give yourself clarity. Grateful for the polarity in my life — to be the Universe “experiencing itself”
