These last couple months have been the busiest and also the most fulfilling months ever with a full work schedule of projects alongside a very special one in Ojai, California. Happy to announce 📣 2 of the 3 menus @theroblar are live with the final cocktail menu launching, with a full combo of all drinks with a surprise or 2, when the restaurant opens in a couple weeks. Proud of this menu and more importantly every single person in the hotel who has sacrificed so much to get the doors open. It truly takes a village and hope the drinks I created can add to the overall guest experience. This may be my personal favorite. Oaxacan After Midnight 1 oz @paranubes Rum 1/2 oz @twojames Dr Bird 🍍 Rum 3/4 oz Coconut Syrup 3/4 oz Lime It drinks fun, funky & fresh while slightly bordering on boozy with the Oaxcan Paranubes (pure sugarcane) at 54% and the Dr Bird 🍍 is a Navy Strength at 57%. Anywho, everytime I imbibe it I enjoy it with no personal notes ... as a slight perfectionist that’s a win in my book. I hope you get to enjoy it later this summer! As always, cheers my friends!
