Just consciously allow uncomfortable feelings to pass through your body, whilst keeping a calm mind.
Most people let uncomfortable feelings stress them out, or they distract themselves to not have to feel it, or they give in to addictions to feel better, etc.
That’s when we let our emotions take over and drive our actions. In an attempt to push the feeling away.
The key is always to stay conscious. Accept what’s happening inside (don’t push it away). And observe what’s happening inside. Then every emotion shall pass.
