Just consciously allow uncomfortable feelings to pass through your body, whilst keeping a calm mind.⁣ ⁣ Most people let uncomfortable feelings stress them out, or they distract themselves to not have to feel it, or they give in to addictions to feel better, etc.⁣ ⁣ That’s when we let our emotions take over and drive our actions. In an attempt to push the feeling away. ⁣ ⁣ The key is always to stay conscious. Accept what’s happening inside (don’t push it away). And observe what’s happening inside.
