I think I have found my new favorite ingredient- fresh wasabi 😍 The ones I got were the mazuma variety. to me they almost look like little palm trees and these has leaves that taste like spicy wasabi 🥵 My favorite way to eat wasabi is with fatty meat so I paired it with wagyu that I seasoned with a soy egg yolk, yuzu, smoked salt, and karashi. I could eat the wagyu mix all day long it was so delicious. Now here is where my quick recipe took me down a rabbit hole that lasted hours. I was determined to make a shell type shape out of tapioca paper. Tapioca paper is super hard to work with because it is fragile when it puffs up but somehow it worked out 🤣 The whole idea was to crush up the shell for crunch and have all of the wasabi flavors mix in to the literal perfect bite 🥹 #tiktoktaughtme #wasabi #wagyu
