"Anni and Josef Albers" opens at Kunstmuseum Den Haag today. Featuring over 200 works—including paintings, photographs, furniture, drawings, and textiles—this dual retrospective is the first in The Netherlands and shows the evolution of both artists over the course of their long careers. Although Anni and Josef worked with different materials, their mutual influence shines in their shared sense of color, rhythm, and form, reflecting the principles of the Bauhaus and an interest in materials and experimentation.
