This was such a good session. I always find that first session back after my period is where I feel like superwoman 🔥
After a busy summer of not much consistency with my training, I’m SO enjoying having some routine back in my life.

Warm up/mobility
A1. Front squats 4x4
B1. RFE split squat 3x6
B2. Single arm half kneel landmine press 3x6
C1. Slight incline dumbbell chest press 3x6
C2. Box jumps 3x4
D1. Sled push/pull complex 7x30m
