You will undoubtedly have met our dynamic Food and Beverage Manager, Matthew Germain, if you have visited Ballymaloe House since he joined #teamballymaloe last March #MeetTheTeamTuesday Matthew rarely stands still. He can be found anywhere front of house, doing anything it takes to keep things running smoothly. When asked his favourite thing about working at Ballymaloe House, he said: "I joined Ballymaloe 5 months ago, the thing I love about my job is interacting with all of our guests, old and new, hearing of fond memories that many of our guests have had over the years, and people that are coming for the first time say that they cannot wait to come back. All of the team are incredibly hard working and everyone goes above and beyond to try and make a guests experience a great one. Working in Food and Beverage, no day is ever the same, which means my job is never boring ! 😀 I live in the city and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city to the peaceful and tranquil setting that is Ballymaloe, sometimes it would be easy to forget that you are at work.
