Hello friends, This is long overdue so here is a little bit about myself. I am certified in bartending and take on occasional private gigs, but my true passion lies in mixing unique ingredients to create mocktails and cocktails in the comfort of my home. Home is the San Francisco Bay Area now, but I was born and raised in Hawaii, specifically beautiful Kauai. That’s where my love for hiking started. Growing up in Hawaii’s melting pot of cultures, I tend to incorporate these diverse experiences and flavors in my drinks. I have worked with ube, shiso, yuzu, lemongrass, pandan, coconut haupia to name a few. If you have an ingredient you want me to try, let me know in the comments, and I will be more than happy to come up with a concoction!
