Today marks a new decade for me ☺️. I wish women weren’t pressured to age linearly, but here we are 😌. @katebosworth said it so perfectly last year that I’m including her wisdom in this post. But at the dawn of 40, there are also two things I advise for all women moving through aging: • Take the time, take the space. Don’t wait; do it now. • You are not just your body, but it is where you will always be. So don’t resist where you are: Sink into it.
