I love September. When I was growing up in NY, September meant the start of school, the cooling of the weather, and my birthday in the middle of the month. Now, I think I’m going to celebrate all month, since my kids already started school in August (which is blasphemous because it’s still OBVIOUSLY the middle of summer), and the weather doesn’t cool off anymore until maybe October.
